Company AIP development is specialized in the manufacture of surgical suture for the veterinary medicine.

The majority of its products consist of fibres of animal origin, primarily of collagenous fabric of under intestinal mucous membrane of bovines. These animals come from certified herds indemnes of Bovine Spongiform Encéphalite (" BSE free ") and the whole of the operations is subjected to standards " ISO 9000 ". Before entering the phase of medical preparation itself, all the basic products are controlled for the whole of the physicochemical standards (diameter, resistance, homogeneity, chromium content...).

After their input in room of production, all handlings are done in sterile rooms, the solutions used are controlled by the laboratories of the University of Liege and the finished product is sterilized by rotation under constant beams of gamma rays. A pharmacist of industry supervises the whole of the procedures and, in fine, a last control of sterility is carried out by laboratories STERIGENICS.

The multiplicity of controls, a rigorous and tested procedure will guarantee a reliable product and of great quality.
